I can't sign in to my account.+

Make sure you're using the same sign-in method (Google Play Games, Sign in with Apple, or email) you originally registered with. If you still can't sign in, email us with your username and we'll help recover access.

How does matchmaking work?+

We use an ELO-based system. You're paired with players close to your rating. If no opponent is available within a short window, you can accept an AI bot match.

How do I report a player for cheating or abuse?+

Tap the player's avatar after a match and choose Report. Provide a short description. Our anti-cheat team reviews reports and takes action when appropriate.

How do I delete my account?+

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

I bought something but didn't receive it.+

Open the app, wait a few minutes for the entitlement to sync, then restart. If the item still doesn't appear, email us with your purchase receipt from Google Play or the App Store.

What devices are supported?+

Android 8.0+ and iOS 14+. We recommend a stable internet connection for ranked matches.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
