You can permanently delete your CrossZero account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how and what happens next.
Option 1 — Delete in the App (recommended)
- Open the CrossZero app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account will be queued for deletion immediately. Confirmation is shown on screen.
Option 2 — Request by Email
If you cannot access the App, email us from the address associated with your CrossZero account:
- To: rmsystemsofficial@gmail.com
- Subject: Delete My CrossZero Account
- Include: your in-game username (and Player ID if known) so we can locate your account
For your security, we may ask you to confirm ownership before processing the request. We will only act on requests from the email address registered to the account.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (username, avatar, email)
- Authentication identifiers tied to your account
- ELO rating, tier, win/loss record, and personal statistics
- Match history that personally identifies you
- In-game chat messages you have sent
- Private room data created by you
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained after deletion where strictly necessary:
- Anonymised gameplay telemetry — used to balance matchmaking and the game. This data cannot be linked back to you.
- Anti-cheat / abuse records — kept for up to 24 months to prevent banned users from re-registering.
- Records required by law — for example, financial records related to in-app purchases, retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law.
- Backups — encrypted backups are rotated and overwritten within 90 days.
Processing Time
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email at the address used for the request once deletion is complete.
What Happens After Deletion
- You will be signed out of all devices.
- Your username may be released for use by other players.
- Unspent virtual items or in-game currency will be permanently forfeited.
- The action cannot be undone.
